@missdanielle92 I'm 5'0 and am either a 23-24 size pant. The dress is a little big on me so I think it runs pretty true to size! I think you would probably need to get it hemmed depending on how tall your shoes are but it's just a basic straight hem line! Let me know if you have any other questions!
