Slits from the bottom to approx mid-thigh. 100% polyester Button high collar. Very elegant. Bust is approximately 16.5" across - please note the open back. Waist is 11" unstretched across the front - you can get to maybe 30" total waist circumference when pulled completely out, but keep in mind, this needs to go over your bust or your hips. 14" from bottom of collar to waist seam 46.5" from waist seam to floor Overall great condition excepting the interior spot.
