Fully lined to the ground. 100% polyester. 2 strings to wrap the dress, one going through the back of the dress and back around in a belt loop to tie it with the string on the front. Drapey fabric. Would be so cute for a formal or prom as well. Good used condition! There’s 2 flaws that you have to look pretty hard to see.
