dillardsthreadz @hmsanders89 hey! So it measures up to a 20” neck. So it appears small on my photo because my mannequin has a small neck. The halter neck unbuttons and it conforms to your neck by wrapping it around your neck first then buttoning it. I added a photo for reference.
