Black nylon shoulder purse /bag. Adjustable strap. Measures 13 inches at the tallest point. 8 inches at the shortest point. 11 inches across. Phone pouch is small. 5 high by3 wide. Outside zip pouch is 7 by 5 1/2. Pouch on the back is 6 1/2 by 10 1/2. Like new. Has 2 small spots on the front as shown in the picture.
