Shoulder Tassel Pom Pom Dress (NWOT)

This dress has never been worn! Super cute, off-white color and multi-colored pom trim (all poms are intact). This dress is in perfect condition and has holes to put your arms through underneath the fabric with the pom poms on it so that it can be worn off the shoulder.
