Short sleeve top and over jacket black with a white embroidery

Wonderful set short sleeve top and long sleeve over jacket with embroidered flowers on black. Not sure of the type of material. Very movable very comfortable short sleeve top pit to pit measures almost 20 inches jacket pit to pit measures 22 inches length from outside shoulder to him measures 24 inches.
