Short sleeve summer top with embroidery on the chest in size 3X / 4X

The top is great for summer- super lightweight and comfortable. The embroidery around the neckline and ruffle on the sleeve offer nice accents to make it unique. The color is between pear green & yellow green. It is a mystery though. I have no idea the maker or the intended size so make sure you check the measurements. P2P 29 in.
