rachthobe44 @mustanglady01 Hey, I actually have a BIG question.. So I sold my first item, yay. However, I noticed the email I had on my account was typed in wrong (of course 🙄) . So I can't get the shipping label, and I can't reset my email. Because to change the address, it sends me a code to that email. (Which I don't even have, because it was typed wrong). I really hope you can help me because I have no clue what to do.

mustanglady01 @rachthobe44 don't go into your account on Poshmark in the upper right hand corner it'll have your little picture with a little arrow hit that go down go down to my sales hit that that will pull up the item that has been sold tap on that item and it'll pull up what the price was if it was a different size what size they ordered how much the Poshmark fee is your earnings down at the bottom underneath that

mustanglady01 It will have order status tap on that then it'll pull up it'll tell you it's been sent to your email and you can go ahead and download it go down to the bottom he hit download go down to the bottom to be a little arrow hit the little arrow going up hit open it'll open up your label comes up right hand side hit print left hand side printing instructions will come up up just hit print and it'll print it out for you

mustanglady01 @rachthobe44 when u email poshmark give them your old email and mark that one old and give them your new one and also give them your phone number hopefully they will send it to the correct email or even just give you a call but you do not have to go into your email to get your label for whatever you sell you can get it right off of the Poshmark app I used to do it through email now I just do it through the app cuz you're always on it anyway
