Short black halter dress! Stretchy and flattering! Perfect for summer

Loved but if good condition halter top dress size 2x stretchy in the back to accommodate a variety of sizes.. shorts I’m 5’10 and it hit me just above mid thigh.. leggings rocked with it!!! Tied around the neck flavored style hides “belly area” so super cute!
