Short Sleeve Layered Sweater

The green part is a cozy, stretchy, sweater material. The white bottom part is attached, semi-sheer, and not stretchy. It has a slit on each side. It does not go all the way up on the inside. The sleeves hit right above my elbows. Three non-functional buttons on the left shoulder. Approx measurements are: 18.25" across 30.5" in length Longer in total length than an average sweater, but not a sweater dress. Signs of wear include minor discoloration on the white bottom piece as well as a few snags and a run (see last photo).
