Shore Bird Decoy

I am not really sure what this thing is.The only decoys I found like it were at the Shelbourne Museum. Honestly we find all manner of weird and odd old things. It appears to be a shore bird decoy. It is etched all over with symbols, names, lines, patterns,and parts of math equations. So I assume it's a list of people in a club or fraternity associated with PSU 61. Some of the names or words include : Chirp,Kat,Spra,schnauzer power, spot loves puff ,amu amas amat,Eeyore,Tra la la, bruhilda, and sigfried. All kinds of math symbols and patterns all over. I can only imagine how much fun this was to make at the time. I make no promises nor do I know what PSU it is from who made it nor where it was made. This is a cool piece of folk art.
