The soul is about 9.5 inches
The size is 4.5 Kelian sizing
I’m a 7.5 and it’s just about fit. It is however a little narrow

I’m a US7 and EU37, my foot measures 9.5 approximately so I tend to wear either 7 or 7.5 but if you’re saying you’re 7.5 and they’re slightly snug, they might be snug for me as well.
