HI the wife would like to now if there are any toe indentation in the INSIDE of the toes of the shoes like in the bottom padding or can you SEE or FEEL anything in the top or side of the toes of the shoes like (toe nail holes/dents)from trying them on??? do you ship in a box or a padded envelope??? do you have a better picture of the bottom of the shoes???(heels/toes) thank you scott (are the shoes leatheror synthetic ???)
