@rudygirl54 I had the cushions in the inside that stick to the shoe & when I decided to sell & tried to take them out it took a small square of the paint off the inside sole but that's it. These were barely worn & can be worn literally all day. They are so comfy!!! Let me know if you would like to buy them!!
