Awesome flats, brand new, made as a sample by a private designer (my super talented friend) who makes fashion items by order to NY's fashionistas, and tries out first on ordinary shoes to get approval. This is a one-of-a-kind item and nobody but whoever buys them will have them. They're made with a regular Payless pair, but they were made into an eye-popper.
