sarajadebrooks @cmb9697 so based on my research a shoekeeper that is a size large fits for shoes ranges 10-11 and an size XL is for 11.5-13 or larger. Based on that these are an XL. I placed them in a 12.5 shoe and they did have to spring close some so would still fit into even larger sizes. Hope this helps. Thanks
