Shirt Waist Dress by Gul Zar Navy and Pink Polka Dots Size Large (42). 9 faux buttons on the front of the lined bodice. Sleeveless, slightly peated, has 2 belt loops but no belt, collar is V-Neck but also has a hint of Mandarin. I bought this dress in hopes that it would fit me, it did not. So, that is when my quest to learn about it so that when I list it to sell I am making an informative post as there is really nothing in the dress that tells me anything about it. Here is what I have found: It is a Viscose Fabric, I only saw this fabric in one other place on the internet and that was a company named Seramerve'. There is no example of this dress there. But there is a Hajab Dress. So, my conclussion is that this dress was made by Seramerve'. This company is located in Istanbul. Please see photos as they are part of the description.
