Eco Poplin Rolled Sleeve Shirt dress by Tibi. I believe this was from their 2023 spring/summer collection. Such a cool dress with great style lines, in-seam pockets, and comfortable to wear. I’m unfortunately selling because it’s too big for me. Note: I think this dress was from RTR originally. I dyed in navy/french blue and moved a button, so the bottom button is missing (but it looks fine when wearing). There is also a slight rip to the hem vent on the dress’s right side, but I didn’t consider it noticeable enough to repair.
