What is the dark blue spot on the top of the hat? Is that a factory flaw or where it has been repaired? Has the entire piece cracked anywhere?

@c7700lane Hi there, I’m not exactly sure what the blue dot is. I can’t tell if it is a factory flaw or a repair, as I am not the original owner. I can add more pictures of the dot. Also, there are no cracks anywhere.
