This top is SO vintage!!! I love this shirt! Cream colored with 3 embroidered flying birds. Birds are brown, tan, and beige. I'm not sure if it's 70s or 80s, but it totally has a 1970s vibe. The tag says size 14, so I'm going to assume it's kid size, but it would fit a S or XS woman, and I'm listing it as S. I'm a M and it's just a little too tight for me. It's in REALLY good shape. I found 1 flaw. It's tiny and on the side waist, right hand side. See last photo with measuring device.
