Shiny Blue Smiley Face Earrings

I picked these up in Ghana, West Africa! My thinking was that I would pierce my ears and then wear them, but I never got around to doing it. I still don't plan to anytime soon so these cheerful beauties are up for grabs. I don't actually remember the original price. Selling for $9 OBO.
