Shimmer top

Royal blue shimmer top. Beads adorn the front. Long-loose sleeves (stretchy) with fitting cuffs (just like bottom of top). Top itself is not stretchy, just the band at the bottom and sleeve cuffs. Back has a decorative faux button on top. Top is relatively sheer (as seen in last photo when held against a window). 80% acrylic, 20% metallic. Never worn, brand new.
