@christinarmcl yes, smoke free home! And this definitely flares out from the waist, hip is about 33" flat, so about 66" in the hip.

@cedesblu Thanks. I posted that question quite a while ago and have since purchased from a different seller, but I may need another. I'm using them as project smocks. Is it light, medium,or heavy weight? Actual denim, or chambray, etc ?
