I bought this dress for my Junior Prom a couple of weeks ago. Only worn once for about four hours, but I did have it altered. There is an elastic in the back to accommodate a smaller bust, but can EASILY BE REMOVED! The seamstress also added a strap so it could be worn like a halter, but the wearer can choose not to wear it! I AM OPEN TO OFFERS!
