Elegant blue lace dress. Halter neckline. Floor-length with a mermaid silhouette. Perfect for prom or pageant. This dress was worn in a national pageant and took 2nd runner up. Bust measurement across the front from armpit to armpit is 18” Waist 25” Hips 34” Original size 4 altered down to 0/00. The lace is appliquéd. During competition we had to quick sew and appliqué back on, I can’t find it to give a picture. There is some spray tan marks on the liner.
