Brand New Royal blue Sherri Hill dress. plunge neckline and aline silhouette. Small mermaid style train. The fabric has a little bit of stretch and is fully studded. It can be worn for prom, pageant, and gala. I purchased at Terry Costa in Dallas but later changed my mind and never wore or altered this dress in any way. My loss = your gain;)
