Shell-shaped Trinket Box

Vintage 70's...Glossy Ceramic Shell-shaped Trinket Box...hinged top and gold-toned metal footed bottom...2" high x 3-1/2" wide...red velvet inner lined...shows a small crab crawling on the top...JAPAN is on the bottom...no other maker marks or IDs...no cracks or chips but laquer is worn away along the rim...see last photo...pre-loved in good vintage condition.
