Shelby & Palmer Short Sleeve Bandage Style Dress New with Tags

Very flattering pull on short sleeve dress. Fabric has good weight and texture so it is not clingy. Beautifully made, stripes are aligned perfectly at the seams. Flattering inset at waist. Does not wrinkle and is machine washable. New and never worn. Would fit a size 10-12 as well (that's my normal size, and that's me in the last photo).
