Shein floral top with scalloped hem

The fabric has a texture to it. Striking floral print. Laser cut scalloped hem at waist and on sleeves. Size S. Side darts. There is a raised spot on the front. It's not a pull. Almost a faint bubble, at times. Measurements in pictures. Any questions please comment.
