Shein black and white gingham dress with ruffles in a size medium

Shein size medium gingham dress in back and white with some ruffles on the sleeves. There is an extra elastic loop next to the button I’m not sure why it is there doesn’t do anything but wanted to disclose it it buttons fine with it there . It excellent used condition. #9215
