Very cute summer outfit from Shein. This is a size XL or 12. You have a ruffled top that can be worn off the shoulders or not, I did not wear off shoulder with a matching pair of pants and tie belt at the waist. Both the top at the shoulders, rib cage area and the waist all have elastic with stretch. A tropical palm tree design in a pretty orange.
