This is a Shein jean skirt for women in size 0XL with a 30 inch waist which according to my research is about as size 12 in women's. The skirt is knee-length with a distressed, ripped raw hem. There are quite a bit of strings hanging but I am leaving them in place for the new owner to decide if they want to keep them or trim them up.
