Sheffield vintage gold real ruby sapphire emerald manual automatic watch pendant

Excellent vintage condition, shows minor buildup to front. Winds up and keeps time perfectly. Front cover features beautifully detailed 3D leaves and nine genuine tested rubies, sapphires, and emeralds. It is spring loaded to stay in the closed position over inverted pear dial.
