Hi! The material looks like it could be scratchy - is it rough at all or is it more like a nylon feel? Also, can you tell me how fitted the skirt part is, or if the sides are open? I’d be looking to wear this over a dress...

@kddeponte the material is scratchy since it is a mesh and has sparkles, but it should be fine worn over a dress! There is a side slit that goes up one leg, so the bottom part is somewhat flowy
