Sheer polka dot button up blouse

Sheet cream colored fabric, buttons up the front with a tie at the bottom. Single button on each sleeve. There are pleats in the front, back, and on the sleeves. Only worn a few times, condition is just like new with no flaws. Great for layering or warm weather office wear.
