*** Sheer button down top with tie waist. V neck top. Base is a dark blue with feather detail. Has a relaxed puffer sleeve feel. Probably one of my most used tops! Layer with an undershirt for a more work appropriate look or go with a cute bralette for date night! Top button is a different button as pictured, barely noticeable in person.
