Sheer black blouse with silver studded collar (M)

From PacSun (Nollie brand). Decided it was too flow-y and sheer for my personal style, but it's a very cute and flattering top with the studs adding a little extra edge. I got it on sale (29.95 instead of 39.95) so I've discounted it further, but it's in perfect condition with tags still on!
