Absolutely stunning! Size small. Bust-19”, expandable to 19” before fabric begins to gape. Length-21”. Waist-14”, easily expandable to 15”. Soft stretch nylon. One basic faux pearl button missing, a replacement could easily be found. Peter Pan collar. Ruffles at neck and wrists, and buttons at the wrists. Tags removed. This is vintage, but in perfect condition. No loose stitches or seams. No snags, stains, holes or odors. Ruffles and pleats will lay perfectly once steamed. This vintage style was worn with high waisted skirts or pants, and the lower half tucked in. Non smoking home.

treyl555 Thanks for the interest. The fabric tag is missing, but it is made from a polyester-type material common to the era. It is of a lightweight, breathable, soft and airy material.
