Sheer Heart Print Dress

This dress is cute and classic with a flattering silhouette. Buttons up the front, peter pan collar, hidden side zipper, snap loops on each shoulder to hold a slip or tank top in place, fabric loops for belt or sash (not included). It is completely sheer and needs something under it. I usually wore it over a black tank top and leggings. In excellent condition, only worn a handful of times. Brand is Heritage 1981 from the discontinued line at Forever21 in the 2000s.
