Sheer Floral Print High Low Blouse

High low v-neck chiffon top with bold colorful floral print. Embellished with tiny rhinestones on the right side of the blouse to give it a splash of bling. This top definitely requires layering over a tank or camisole. Drawstring tie on both shoulders that allows you to control the sleeve length. I will try to get a clear picture of the rhinestone accents and post soon. They are small subtle rhinestones and not the main focal point of this top. Please message for any questions.
