Sheer Black and White Polka Dot Dress With Ruffle Flounce, Medium

So gorgeous! Great for layering or as a beach cover-up. From my personal collection, but it's too low cut for my taste. The material is sheer white stretch mesh with black flocked dots - the polka dots have a velvet texture. The edges are all finished with a ruffly black lettuce hem. The cut is figure-hugging with a plunging neckline and a ruffly flounce that hits above the knee. My dress form has a 35" bust, 28" waist and 37.5" hips and it fits perfectly. The material is very stretchy and could accommodate a slightly larger frame. Stored in a smoke-free home but not a pet-free home. I have cats :)
