Sheen pants size medium long with little waist

My son ordered these pants and didn’t fit. Rather than return them, he gave them to me to sell on Poshmark. They are 95% polyester 5% spandex. They have a zipper and a button and belt loops. They are royal blue, black and white. They are pretty weird.
