bellerin @m1walter MEDIUM: 40" from collar point to collar point (widest area) when laid open. When closed it measures 20" from underarm holes across the back. They run a little large so if you typically wear a medium/large you will have plenty of room SMALL: 38" collar points, 18.5" between underarm holes
