Button Fly Risen skinny jeans - size 1XL

I’ve worn these a handful of times and they are just too big for me. The 1XL is supposed to fit a size 16/18, but I feel like they run big. I would say that they run more 18/20. I’m 5ft 2” and have to roll them twice, so they are tall girl friendly.
