@toniathomas6656 Hey Tonia. Without stretching the elastic, the waist is 11.5”. From armpit to wrist, 16.5”. Without stretching the elastic the shoulder width is 16”. From armpit to bottom 23”. In seem from waist band to bottom is 14”. It has two straps on top of shoulders and then the long sleeves are held on the side with the elastic band. It’s a really comfortable romper with soft fabric.
