Gorgeous tiered fringe jacket! The perfect little coat to wear over a dresss / romper to stay warm without ruining the outfit! Not a super heavy jacket, but gives just another layer of warmth. Never personally worn by me, in like new condition. Size medium, runs a tiny bit small, would fit small-true medium best (i can go between med/large roughly size 8, athletic build/broad shoulders, and the arms were the tiniest bit snug when i tried on)
