angelguzman744 @lizgarcia85 hi Liz nice to talk to you. since you are size L, i would say an XL. they run small so i always tell my customers to go for the next size and so far they are happy with the purchase. the benefit of this fajas is that since they run small, the material stretches and it comfortably molds to your body perfectly without suffocating you.i would go for an XL measure from waist is 85-89 cms and hips 110-114 cms.please let me know i assure you will be very happy once you try it on.
