kristenkoo30 @queenmanis it smooths me out well and holds everything in well. But I wouldn’t say it makes my stomach as flat as a board lol. I think it really depends on what your looking for and what size you currently are. I just wanted something to smooth me out and stop the jiggle. And it does that great. I will say it was hard to get on for the first time. But I think that’s pretty typical of shapewear
