Shape waist, waist trainer size medium

This waist trainer belt is one of my favorites cause it can be worn under or over clothes while snatching your waist into shape and you do it slowly cause it has 2 clip levels. Start off with 1st level and when it’s not tight anymore go to next level. Wear it to the gym. If you feel pain take it off. It shouldn’t give you acid reflux lol. It also acts as back support if you have back problems. Great condition! Very durable! Bundle up with my gym stuff. thanks
